Our pet-nat (we call it poet-nat, well, just because) is made entirely without sulfites, so it's a completely "natural" wine, whatever that means. It's 100% Cabernet Franc, and 100% from the famed Seven Hills Vineyard. It's also entirely sparking, clean and zippy as hell.
