98% Syrah but 100% from Les Collines VIneyard with 2% Viognier, fermented with native yeasts on 75% stems and aged in large, mostly used French puncheons for 12 months.
Grown in Seven Hills Vineyard, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot is fermented with native yeasts, aged in French oak (one-third new), the wine spent about 18 months in barrel.
